Since 1938, we have been developing and manufacturing nozzles in a wide variety of designs, made from different materials and for diverse applications – specialized in liquid and gaseous media.

Technology

In the development and manufacturing of our nozzles, we rely on a broad range of processes: additive manufacturing (3D printing in plastics and metals) opens up new geometric possibilities, while micro- and wire EDM ensure the highest precision in the micrometer range. This is complemented by classical machining technologies such as turning and milling, which ensure reproducible quality and robustness.

Turbine technology

Nozzles
Using state-of-the-art technologies such as CNC turning, CNC milling, SLM 3D printing, wire EDM, and micro-EDM, we manufacture highly precise nozzles for gas, oil, and hydrogen injection systems.
Our specialty is the production of the finest contours and micro-bores with outstanding repeatability.
Filter
Our expertise in ultra-precision manufacturing ensures optimal flow characteristics – for maximum turbine performance. We manufacture filters from stainless steels as well as from demanding materials such as nickel-based alloys and hard metals. Even filters with more than 100,000 holes, each only 0.05 mm in diameter, are nothing new to us.
SLM printing
Thanks to our experience in 3D printing stainless steels (1.4404 & Hastelloy X, …), complex geometries and channels in the smallest possible space become feasible, enabling optimal flow characteristics and maximum performance. Hybrid solutions combining additively manufactured and conventionally produced components are also possible.
Micro-EDM
Our specialty is the production of the finest contours and micro-bores with outstanding repeatability. Thanks to micro-EDM, no burrs are formed – the bores are clean, sharp-edged, and precisely defined. (Minimum bore diameter: 0.02 mm)
Hybrid solutions
No challenge is too complex for us. We also develop customized hybrid solutions. Our expertise includes welding high-temperature-resistant and durable materials using orbital, laser, or electron beam welding.
