In the Jato training workshop, we train young, motivated people to become the skilled professionals of tomorrow. We currently employ a total of 8 apprentices across 4 years of training in our company, which has 34 employees. This represents nearly a quarter of our workforce.

Polymechanics manufacture precise metal components and carry out further machining operations. They work with CNC machines, program them, and apply processes such as turning, milling, grinding, and drilling. Assembly, maintenance, and reading technical drawings are also part of the role. The four-year dual apprenticeship includes practical training in the company, vocational school education, and intercompany courses. After completion, career opportunities exist in metal and mechanical engineering, workshops, precision device manufacturing, or research and development.
Productionmechanic EFZ
Production mechanics manufacture components and parts for machines. They use processes such as turning, milling, and welding, set up machines, monitor production processes, and inspect quality. The three-year dual apprenticeship combines practical training in the company with classroom instruction. After completion, production mechanics can work in industry, workshops, or maintenance.
